To ensure your bike is ready and available, it is always best to make a reservation in advance. Our shop is sometimes closed to walk-ins while we are out guiding tours.

Requirements for pickup: Guatemalan nationals must present a valid DPI. International visitors must present a valid passport.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Reservation Guarantee: A rental reservation is officially confirmed once the non-refundable deposit of Q35 per bike or full payment is received.
  • Free Rescheduling: You can request to reschedule your rental free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand, subject to availability.
  • Customer Cancellations: Prepaid amounts above the Q35 deposit per bike are refundable for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, while the deposit is issued as store credit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are completely non-refundable.
  • Operator Cancellations: If we cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a 100 percent full refund, including your deposit, or free rescheduling.
