  • Free Rescheduling: You can request to reschedule your tour free of charge up to 48 hours beforehand, subject to availability.
  • Customer Cancellations: Prepaid amounts above the 50 percent deposit are refundable for cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, while the deposit is issued as store credit. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are completely non-refundable.
  • Operator Cancellations: If we cancel due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, you receive a 100 percent full refund, including your deposit, or free rescheduling.
